Counselling

Daily life can present us with a variety of psychological and emotional challenges that can be difficult to deal with or leave us in a situation that is hard to bear. Counselling can help to manage that distress and promote better mental health and well-being.

Anxiety, stress and depression are often difficult to talk about. Speaking to someone who is trained to really listen can help to express your thoughts.

Traumatic life experiences such as a relationship breakdown, abuse or bereavement can be hard to live with. Talking with a qualified counsellor can help to explore your feelings.

Low self-confidence, low self-esteem, addiction, illness or disability can feel overwhelming. Looking at these issues with a therapist can be helpful.

Sometimes we don’t feel able or we don’t want to talk to those close to us or we don’t have anyone who is really listening to what we are saying.

This is where I can help.
